Our Story
The West Bengal Sales Executives’ (Pharmaceuticals & Consumers) Association is the only cross-industry association representing first-line managers of the Pharmaceutical, Drug, and Consumer Goods Industry.
The brainchild behind starting an association for the first-line managers was brought forward by our senior comrades. The association was first set out in Siliguri by 14 and many more founder members in 1989.
Since 1989, the West Bengal Sales Executives’ (Pharmaceuticals & Consumers) Association has become a single platform and a voice for the entire sales executives’ professionals.
Our founders knew very well that the amendment of patent act, globalization, and liberalization of industrial policy does not only pose a threat to the entire working class, but also to the workers associated with the pharmaceutical, drug, and consumer industry. Hence, addressing the issues that concern the industry is very important.
We look forward to a greater number of people joining our association. Membership is available to individuals who are working as first-line managers in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industry.
Our Mission & Vision
We aim to organize the first-line managers employed in the task of manufacturing and distribution of pharmaceutical drugs and consumer goods within West Bengal. Also, we want to offer protection to the workers of our industry and make them aware of their rights.
Being the largest network of first line managers, we look forward to ensuring that our members get proper working conditions everywhere. We also want to safeguard the interest of every member associated with our organization. Regulating the relationship between the employers and our members is our job.

i) To organize first line managers employed in the Pharmaceutical, Drug and Consumer goods industry dealing in the manufacture and/or distribution of Pharmaceuticals drug and Consumer goods in the state of West Bengal.
ii)To secure for them fair conditions of life and work.

We care for our members & their family. In this pandemic situation when there were huge scarcity of Oxygen, we have extended our service by providing 24*7 basis required Oxygen cylinder which can save lives of their nearest ones and themselves.

We have gone beyond. In this pandemic crisis situation where class of people were struggling to fulfill their basic needs, Siliguri Municipal Corporation had helped them by providing food, etc. Towards this novel intention we have extended our hands in the form of donation to Siliguri municipal Corporation.

Every year in the month of May and on the 1st day of that month we are organizing blood donation camp in association with North Bengal Medical Collage & Hospital

We have our own guest houses at various places in West Bengal. Only our registered member can access the facility of those guest houses at reasonable cost.
